Katie is a mother to two wonderful children Niya Marie and Xzavier Gabriel and a loving wife to former Southside ISD School Board Manager Gabe Farias. Katie and her family are devoted District 118 residents where she has been a vocal leader in both her job as the District Director for State Senator Roland Gutierrez and as an elected official in the Southside ISD as a School Board Trustee.
